Rack-Straps Shipping Policy: Fast Delivery to Job Sites and Fleet Yards Nationwide

When your crew is waiting on tie-downs to get back on the road, speed matters. Rack-Straps ships all in-stock orders from our Texas distribution point, typically the same business day or next business day depending on order cutoff. Here’s what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Transit time estimates begin the day the carrier picks up your shipment. Ground shipping transit varies by destination zone from our Texas origin point — Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana typically receive ground shipments in 1–3 days; West Coast and Northeast destinations may take 5–7 days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service level. We do not mark up shipping — you pay our actual carrier rate. For large fleet or bulk orders, freight rates may apply and will be quoted separately.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii (expedited rates apply for AK/HI). We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. For Canadian or international fleet inquiries, contact us directly at sales@rack-straps.com.

Fleet & Bulk Order Shipping

For fleet orders of 10+ units, we offer:

  • Consolidated pallet shipments via LTL freight for large volume orders
  • Multi-site delivery to multiple depot or fleet yard addresses under one PO
  • Drop-ship options to job site addresses for field crews
  • Net-30 terms available for qualified commercial accounts

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track directly on UPS.com or FedEx.com. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at sales@rack-straps.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect all packages upon delivery before signing. If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt
  • Photograph the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at sales@rack-straps.com or 800-886-4926
  • We will file the carrier claim and arrange replacement shipment at no cost to you

For lost packages (tracking shows delivered but package not received), contact us within 5 business days and we will initiate a carrier investigation.
